This formula is working pretty well for me. I ended up adding melatonin, mainly because I was still having trouble falling to sleep. This formula did however keep me asleep for the most part.

I have tried the tincture and the drops and I highly recommend both.. I received the wrong product in my order. I emailed costumer service and they immediately respond, asked a few questions to clarify then, they had the right product sent out the same day I contacted them about the issue! I’ve never had customer service that was a nice and quick at resolving the issue! Highly recommend and would give 10 stars if I could lol
This 1:1:1 ratio tincture is the best I’ve found on the market. Not only does it help me focus, but also helps me relax. I put it in my coffee in the morning and can also take it before bed. I go for the unflavored tincture as I just love the way it tastes. So clean. Thanks for making such a good, consistent product. For sure will be my go to for years to come.
